Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to install an Arizona crossing at the site of an existing metal culvert (#1), and has all ready replaced two pre-existing metal culverts with new culverts (#2 and #3). Most of the habitat in the location of the Arizona crossing is non-native grasses; the area immediately across the street is coastal sage and chaparral habitat. Downstream in the canyon are sycamore willow woodlands. The trees shall only be placed in the areas with non-native grasses.
