CalPeak Power, LLP (CalPeak), proposes to construct a simple-cycle peaking electric generation facility consisting of one FT8 Pratt & Whitney Twin Pack, with two gas trubine engines and one 49.5 megawatt (MW) generator. The purpose is to provide peak electricity to the California electrical grid, benefiting the State of California.
