Document Description
The purpose of this project is to replace an existing culvert that has failed with a new 600mm reinforced concrete pipe culvert. The old culvert will be abandoned. Once the new pipe is in place, a concrete headwall will be constructed and a debris deflector will be designed and installed at the culvert intake. Approximately 1 cubic yard of soil will be excavated for the new headwall. Rock will be placed at the outfall of the new culvert to reduce erosion on the hill slope and beach. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1386-99 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
