Document Description
The Operator altered the streambed without notifying the Department, by grading and removing vegetation from, and depositing dirt in the stream, impacting 3,000 feet of stream. The proposed activities covered under this agreement include the restoration of the stream, installation of a retaining wall and placement of a bridge over the top of the stream but without any footings, pilings or other permanent structures in the stream bed or bank. The Operator proposes the temporary placement of approximately 800 feet of fill and a culvert bridge area plus 10 feet up and 10 feet downstream to construct the bridge.
