The operator proposes to alter the streambed to remove silt that entered Sycamore Creek due to the failure of erosion control measures. The project site is located at the northern terminus of Del Paso Drive in the City of Poway, San Diego County. The applicant proposes hand removal of the five cubic yards of fill. No mechanized equipment is proposed as part of the clean-up. The Operator proposes no mitigation.
