Document Description
The project will construct and operate a primary floating net pen (rearing pen) that measures approximately 44 feet by 29 feet. The pens will be anchored to the bottom of O'Neill Forebay using from 4 to 8 anchor points and cables. Adequate safety/warning devices will be placed in the area. Operation of the rearing pen, including feeding, cleaning and maintenance of the fish and facility.
