Where necessary, culverts and other drainage facilities will be installed to reduce surface water flows over the road surface and that contribute sediment to Weber Creek. A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan will be prepared, and Best Management Practices will be followed. Surplus materials will be removed from the site in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
