This project consists of the issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit exempting 0.5 acre of timberland from Forest Practice Act tree planting requirements. The area will remain zoned Residential following the removal of forest growth for development of snowmaking facilities including three snowmaking water cooling towers, snowmaking building for mechanical/electrical equipment and access road to the site. The County has found this project to be a De Minimus impact project.
