- The project includes a golf course, clubhouse, hotel, trail, and 7 acres of public parks on approximately 215 acres at Alameda Point. The golf course would be publicly-owned. An access road and parking area would be constructed to serve the project. Detailed plans for the golf course, public access trails, parks, and new access roadway have been prepared, and a conceptual plan for the hotel/conference facilities have been developed. Development of the project would require importing over 2 million cubic yards of dredge material to construct the golf course.
