Planning approvals to allow large mixed-use project including full service hotel (300 rooms), conference facility, business hotel, specialty retail, historic Nut Tree attractions, up to 500 residential units in the core Nut Tree commercial area, up to 640,000 square feet of office space, a golf driving range, and up to two 18-hole championship golf courses.
