Document Description
Planning approvals to allow large mixed-use project including full service hotel (300 rooms), conference facility, business hotel, specialty retail, historic Nut Tree attractions, up to 500 residential units in the core Nut Tree commercial area, up to 640,000 square feet of office space, a golf driving range, and up to two 18-hole championship golf courses. The project site includes the core Nut Tree area near I-80 and East Monte Vista Avenue, and 400-450 acres of open land on areas to the north and west of the Nut Tree for construction of the golf courses. The project includes formation of an assessment district for public roadway and infrastructure development.
