1. Ordinance for Zone Change 97RZ-028 to reconfigure 3.6+/- acres of O (Open Space) zoning on a 17.9+/- acre parcel currently split-zoned C-K (Commercial Recreation) and O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. 2. Ordinance for Development Agreement 97DA-008 to allow the following: (a) construction of the Rush Creek Lodge and cabins to consist of 143 lodging units, 4,368 square feet of conference facilities, a restaurant and a bar; (b) location of an expansion subsurface wastewater disposal field and associated effluent lines on a portion of the site zoned O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code; and (c) location of water wells and water lines on a portion of the site zoned O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
