The project will consist of the design and construction of a new raw water storage reservoir; connections from the existing water conveyance pipeline to the reservoir and from the reservoir to the existing water treatment facilities. The purpose of the reservoir is to increase the reliability of the treatment plant and provide for natural treatment of the raw water supply. Completion date is anticipated to be 11-30-02.
