Document Description
Development of a new 90-foot tall steel cellular tower (monopole). The property is already developed with an existing 90-foot tall wood pole which was authorized and constructed in 2001 under an earlier permit (CDP-00-14 & CUP-00-07). The wood pole currently hosts cellular equipment from two carriers: AT&T Mobility and US Cellular. A modification to the previously approved permit is requested to allow replacement of the wood pole with the proposed steel monopole structure. The new tower would be located approximately 15 feet north of the existing tower site and within the existing 1,600 ft. 2 lease area (a 40 foot by 40 foot portion of the 42-acre parcel) and would be capable of supporting up to twelve (12) antennas (per carrier) at two (2) separate centerlines as well as two (2) 2-foot diameter microwave antennas to be use by AT&T.
