The project proposes the following changes: (1) designation of the Betsy Crowder Trail (formerly known as Sausal Trail) as open to hikers, equestrians, and leashed dogs; (2) installation of an observation area and other habitat protection measures at Sausal Pond; and (3) realignment and minor expansion of the existing unpaved trail and road network (a net increase of 80 lineal feet).
