Document Description
A private high school (grades 9-12) on a 30-acre site. The school would accommodate 1200 students and require 90 staff members. The total square footage of the proposed school is 146,772. This consists of 62 classrooms, 11,292 sq. ft. of office/administration area and 68,240 sq. ft. of common area, i.e., a library, gym, chapel. Access to the site would be through a westerly extension of Madrone Parkway through the site intersecting with Hale Avenue.
