Document Description
The proposed high school will be 146,772 square feet in size and will accommodate approximately 1,200 students and 90 faculty members. The main structures on the site will consist of three two-story school buildings and a Chapel. The multi-story buildings will contain the academic classrooms, a library and a gymnasium. The project will also construct bleachers for the outdoor athletic facilities. The remainder of the site will be developed with outdoor athletic facilities, surface parking lots for the students and staff, and a lawn area. The outdoor athletic facilities include two baseball fields, a football stadium, a soccer field, three basketball courts, four tennis courts and a swimming pool. Parking on the site will consist of a staff parking lot containing 90 parking spaces and two student parking lots containing a total of 375 parking spaces.
