Document Description
The Plan identifies a set of control measures to be implemented throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to reduce air pollutant emissions in order to attain the national one-hour ozone standard. The Plan includes stationary source control measures, transportation control measures and a mobile source control measure. The Plan was prepared in response to US Environmental Protection Agency action (66 FR 17379 March 30, 2001 and 66 FR 48340 September 20, 2001).
