The proposed plan identifies a set of control measures to be implemented throughout the San Francisco Bay Area to reduce air pollutant emissions in order to attain the national one-hour ozone standard. The revised plan includes stationary source control measures, transportation control measures and a mobile source control measure. The Plan was prepared in response to US Environmental Protection Agency Action.
