Document Description
The project consists of a zone change from AR-5 Agricultural Residential to MP Office and Industrial Park. The zone change would allow for the expansion of the adjacent Calvine Self Storage facility onto the subject parcel. The adjacent self-storage facility currently encompasses 68,025 square feet and the proposed expansion would encompass 86,300 square feet. A copy of the proposed site plan and architectural elevation are incorporated in this analysis.
