Document Description
The proposed project includes development of six, three-story townhouses arranged as two groups of three attached homes on property encompassing a total of 13,500 square feet. The project site would be rezoned from CC Community Commercial District, to RM2500 PD Residential Multi-Family, Planned Development Overlay District in order to facilitate this development. The two existing parcels will be subdivided into a total of six parcels, ranging in size from approximately 1,750 square feet to 2,699 square feet in size. Home size would be approximately 1,942 square feet per dwelling unit.
