Proposal to repair storm damage to Webb Road by replacing a failed culvert and installing Rock Slope Protection in place of failed concrete head wall. The project is located within the existing right of way along Webb Road, and in the unnamed drainage which Webb Road crosses. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0238 pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Bill Williamson/Santa Cruz County Department of Public Works.
