The proposed project would take place on two parcels, Parcel A (505 and 505 1/2 Riverview Drive) and Parcel B (505A Riverview Drive). Parcel A is 2006 sq. ft. in size, and has a 996 sq. ft. two story single family residence for 505 Riverview Drive, an 890 sq. ft. two story single family residence for 505 1/2 Riverview Drive, and a 118 sq. ft. breezeway. The total square footage of structures on Parcel A is 2,004 sq. ft. Parcel B is 2,744 sq. ft. in size, and has a 1,610 sq. ft. story structure with basement. The applicant is proposing to demolish the two existing units on Parcel A and construct a 1,813 sq. ft. two story single family residence dwelling. The height of the new single family residence would be 26-feet 6-inches. Parcel A would have three parking spaces on site (one covered and two uncovered). The applicant is proposing an addition of 581 sq. ft. and remodeling the existing single family residence on Parcel B. The height of the new single family residence would be 25-feet. The parking for the proposed project would be on a neighboring property.
