Document Description
The project's location would be in the right-of-way of I-680, southbound (west) shoulder, 300+/- feet south of the Milpitas/Fremont border, within Milpitas' City limits, abutting the soundwall. The proposed project would consist of a 25-foot tall monopole, camouflaged as a tree, with equipment and within a 25 by 35 foot masonry enclosure matching the freeway soundwall, screening landscaping, and access from behind the soundwall via a pathway beginning at Menferd Street's east terminus gate.
