Upgrading Airport Boulevard to a 2-lane exit ramp. Interchange improvement to Elkhorn Boulevard on SR-99, construction of an Elverta Road/SR-99. Meister Way Overcrossing, upgrade SB SR-99 to NB I-5 connector to two lanes.
