Document Description
The applicant requests Tentative Parcel Map approval to divide a 140.1 acre parcel into one 46.8 acre parcel and a 93.3 acre remainder parcel. The proposed boundary line would originate from the approximate centerline of Mill Creek along the existing western boundary line of the subject parcel, proceeding east for 934 feet, then south to the existing TPZ-B-80 zoning district contour line and then proceeding west along the centerline of Mill Creek Road. The subject parcel is zoned TPZ (Timber Production District) and TPZ-B-80 (Timber Production District, 80 acre minimum parcel size).
