Document Description
The Marbella Housing Subdivision would be a high-density, multi-family residential development comprised of 280 housing units. The project is proposed to be constructed on a 14.9-acre parcel located to the northwest of the intersection of Westborough Boulevard and Gellert Boulevard in the City of South San Francisco. The project includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as 630 parking stalls. Approximately half of the site would be retained as steeply sloping open space.
