Document Description
The proposed truck dispatch and maintenance facility includes 590 passenger vehicle parking spaces, 173 truck tractor parking spaces, 895 truck trailer parking spaces, a 10,500 square foot canopy over a semi-truck fueling island, and four 10,000-gallon above-ground fuel storage tanks. Buildings to be constructed on the site include an approximately 40,000 square foot repair building plus an additional 7,200 square feet of offices on the second floor, an approximately 7,500 square foot storage building, and a 900 square foot fuel island office.
