Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide a 20-acre parcel into four (4) five-acre parcels. Parcels are located between Fairview Rd. and Magladry Lane, North of Lone Tree Road. The existing home (Parcel 4) would continue to be accessed from Fairview Road and the 3 new lots would be accessed from Magladry Road to the east. Forty-two feet of frontage along Fairview Road, as well as a 30-foot-wide, 1,321-foot long right-of-way easement, are proposed to be dedicated to the County. An existing well, on proposed Parcel 2, would provide domestic water to all the properties, with approval of a local small water system. A common detention pond on Parcel 4 would handle storm water run-off for the project.
