Document Description
When fully developed, the McAllister Hills Golf and Country Club Specific Plan area will provide residential land uses with a density of approximately one dwelling unit per acre. The project will also include an 18-hole championship golf course with a clubhouse, open space, and a lake. The project proposes 321 dwelling units on 102.6 acres of medium density residential, 121.4 acres of golf course, 94.7 acres of open space and 10.8 acres of roadways on a 329.5 acre project site.
