Document Description
The project is a proposal for a minor subdivision of 1.88 acres for single-family residential development. The lot split will result in two parcels measuring 0.53 acres and 1.14 acres (net). An existing house will remain on Parcel 2 and one additional dwelling unit is proposed on Parcel 1. Access to the project site will be through Valencia Lane, an improved private road off of Avocado Street. The Helix water district will provide water services and Spring Valley Sanitation will provide sewer service to the lots.
