Document Description
The project is the subdivision of 157.7 acres into 98 lots for single family residential use. The project will also include 1 commercial lot, 1 open space lot, and 8 private street lots. The lot sizes range between 1 acre to 2.93 acres in size. The project separates the existing commercial area (12.51 acres) from the proposed residential development. No development is proposed for the commercial lot. The existing nursery on the proposed commercial lot will remain. The project will have two access points. One access will be off of Simpson Farm Road off of Jefferson Road, and the other access will be from Black Olive Way from Olive Vista Drive. Each lot will receive public water service from the Otay Water District and have an individual subsurface septic system.
