The Palmdale Water District is preparing an EIR to assess the potential environmental impacts associated with adoption and long-term implementation of the 2001 Water System Master Plan. The Master Plan evaluates the needs and availability of water for a 20-year horizon (to the year 2020) and by identifying necessary water service facilities for a 10-year horizon (to the year 2010).
