The project is proposed on a 3.4-acre vacant parcel and includes a two-story 86,485 square foot research and development facility with associated parking, a General Development Plan and 5,500 cubic yards of grading. The facility would develop and manufacture high tolerance precision tools used by the medical, aerospace and computer industries. Approximately 90 employees will work in two shifts, a day shift and an evening shift. This will generate approximately 270 vehicular trips per day.
