Alter the streambed and banks through the implementation of the Serrano Creek Maintenance Project (Project) as described in the Serrano Creek Maintenance Manual Bake Parkway to Trabuco Road, dated November 2001. The maintenance activities would be conducted in the segment of Serrano Creek that extends approximately 5,255 linear feet east of Bake Parkway, within a designated 50-foot maintenance zone.
