The proposed project includes an application for a Rezone (R00-006) and Tentative Map (TM 5208) for the subdivision of 4.8 acres into 11 residential lots. The rezone proposes to change the existing zoning from RR1 Rural Residential with a density of 1.0 dwelling unit per acre (one acre minimum lot size) to RS6 Single-Family Residential with a density of 5.8 dwelling units per acre (7,500 square foot minimum lot size). The project proposes a density of 2.3 dwelling units per acre. Proposed lot sizes range from 8,581 to 34,804 square feet.
