Document Description
The project is a proposal to construct a 296-unit, four-story apartment complex on property currently used as surface parking for a commercial office complex. The units will range in size from approximately 600 to 1200 square feet and would include studio, one-bedroom and two bedroom configurations. The complex would include outdoor courtyards with a pool and garden areas as well as a common recreation room. The project includes two four-level parking structures for the residential use as well as one six-level structure for the commercial uses. The project will be considered a mixed-use project and will feature pedestrian and vehicular integration with the commercial property. The project consists of a 296-unit apartment complex with a gross size of 316,041 square feet, to be located on a 5.3-acre site. The resulting density of the proposal is 56 units per acre and the residential project has a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 1.37.
