Document Description
The establishment of a large animal slaughter house and meat processing and packaging facility within the Business Incentive Zone (BIZ), a Targeted Tax Area project, with expedited review and processing. The facilities will include the processing of 850 cows (dairy culls) per day through the slaughter house, including slaughter, skinning, cutting down, processing and refrigerating, packing, boxing and shipping. Included in the project is a co-generation facility with an anticipated production of watts of power.
