To re-zone 2089 acres from Exclusive Agricultural (A-2) to General Agricultural - 40 acre minimum (A-1-40) and merge 10 existing parcels and re-subdivide them into 44 parcels ranging from 40.0 to 93.1 acres in size. The project site is generally located west of State Highway 59 both north and south of Oakdale Road in the Amsterdam area.
