The project includes constructing a new water line and associated appurtenances along the northerly edge of the right-of-way from the intersection of State Highway 1 (Guadalupe Main Street) and State Highway 166 and heading east along Highway 166 to the intersection of Obispo Street. The new 1,160 linear foot 12-inch PVC water line will be connected to existing water lines within the State's right-of-way creating a looped water system for the community. The associated appurtenances include laterals and fire hydrants. The project will cause a site disturbance of approximately 2,300 square feet approximately 0.05 acres.
