Project subdivides a single 12.58 acre parcel into 3 parcels of 1.65, 5.47 and 5.47 acres respectively. The private road accessing the parcel is to be widened to a 20 foot width and improved to Fire Department requirements. No development is proposed for this project. Two development exclusion areas are proposed encompassing approximately half of the project protecting steep slopes, riparian corridor, and the southern portion of the property adjacent to East Valley Road.
