- Note: Revised on 5/19/11. The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), as a Responsible Agency, will be providing funds for this project from the Proposition 50 Program. The City of San Diego proposes to upgrade flocculation and sedimentation basins, sludge removal system, backwash system, control systems; and replace surface wash system and underdrains. The project will alleviate the need for Colorado River Water.
