City Council approval of funding for Capital Improvement Projects Nos. 73-250.0 and 73-285.0 for the construction of two 178-foot diameter, 6.5 million-gallon, cylindrical water storage tanks or "clearwells", a membrane filtration facility, chlorine contactor, associated pipelines, access roads, and other support facilities. In addition, a proposed sewer force main would extend from the membrane facility, approximately 6,000 feet north along Wueste Road to the Arroyo Olympic Training Center.
