City of Madera East Cleveland Avenue Widening and Improvement Project
NEG - Negative Declaration
Reconstruction of and widening of East Cleveland Avenue from Sharon Avenue to Raymond Road (approximately 8,000 linear feet) within the existing right-of-way with a geometric section ranging from 66 to 68 ft (curb to curb). The project also includes signalization at two intersections and the installation of raised landscaped median islands (ranging from 5 to 14 ft in width).
