The project site currently has one single family residence and a driveway on the property. The property has a General Plan designation of (5) Residential and a zoning designation of RS3 (Residential Single Family).
The project is the development of 21 single-family homes on 9.55 acres with minimum lot sizes of 15,000 square feet. The homes will be accessed off a private road extending from Adlai Road. The project will receive water service from Helix Water District, sewer service from Lakeside Sanitation, and fire service from the Lakeside Fire Protection District. The project includes the grading of 35,000 cubic yards of balanced cut and fill material.
