The San Luis Obispo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District proposes to request that the State Water Resources Control Board license and permit for the Nacimiento Water Project be revised to eliminate the approved Place of Use net area limits so that only the gross area limit (the District boundary) applies to beneficial use of Nacimiento Water within the District.
