The District proposes to repair the existing Nacimiento Water Pipeline at the North Salinas Crossing, located between Monterey Road and River Road north of Paso Robles. The repair will involve installing a liner in the existing pipeline that was directionally drilled under the Salinas River. This is Addendum #4 to the Nacimiento Water Pipeline FEIR.
