Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Caltrans. The applicant proposes the following scope of work: Construction of a new bridge over Mariposa Creek from SR-49 to the new alignment of Miller Road. The bridge will be a pre-cast girder bridge. Abutments will be constructed on the Mariposa Creek bank. There will be removal of riparian vegetation to allow placement of the bridge and construction of the abutments.
