Document Description
The Cold Canyon Landfill is proposing an expansion of its existing green waste composting facility at 2112 Carpenter Canyon Road (Hwy 227). The expansion will include cut and fill operations over an approximate 12 acre area. A sediment basin will be created downslope of the compost expansion area to capture sediment and debris before entering the drainage below. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0192 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Bruce A. Rizzoli.
