Document Description
Groundwater in the Montebello Forebay of the Central Basin has been impacted by trichloroethylene (TCE) and perchloroethylene (PCE), both volatile organic carbons (VOC's). It is proposed to pump the impacted groundwater from three new extraction wells, convey it to a new granulated activated carbon (GAC) treatment facility, and then convey it to local water purveyors.
