Document Description
The following three proposed projects, that may substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change the streambed, channel, or bank of a watercourse, involve: (1) removing a 36-inch culvert, temporarily relocating its road fill, and replacing it with a 60-inch culvert; (2) removing one 24-inch failed culvert on a class II crossing and replacing it with a 36-inch culvert; and (3) abandoning approximately 1,300 feet of road while removing two failed culverts from a class II watercourse crossing. Projects 1 and 2 are associated with the Timber Harvest Plan 1-00-437 MEN, and project 3 is associated with THP 1-00-325 MEN. All projects are located approximately six aerial miles southeast of the Camp 20 rest area located along State Highway 20, Mendocino County, map section 30 and 32. All proposed projects are located on Mendocino Redwood Company private property.
